Room cleanliness was below expectations.

The location was perfect for our family as we spent a lot of time at the aquarium just across the street. The Queen Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and had a stunning view, which made our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the late-night access to the pool after a long day of exploring. However, I was a bit disappointed that the pool wasn't heated and there wasn't a jacuzzi to relax in after our adventures.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place in Atlanta. The prime location across from the Georgia Aquarium made for easy exploration, and the staff's friendliness created a cute atmosphere. The breakfast variety could be broadened to enhance the experience. A solid choice for any visitor!

I found the hotel's layout very accessible, with wide hallways and well-marked signs. The staff was incredibly accommodating, quickly assisting me with my luggage and ensuring that everything during my stay was comfortable and pleasant.

The location of Hyatt Place Atlanta Centennial Park couldn’t be better for exploring the city. Just a quick walk across the street to the aquarium and a slew of restaurants nearby. The room felt spacious, with two queen beds and a sofa bed, perfect for my family. We had a fridge in the room too, which kept our drinks cold. Enjoyed relaxing at the pool area after long days of sightseeing. However, I didn’t appreciate the valet parking system. Having to part ways with my keys for the duration of my stay felt unnecessary, especially when I needed my car to run quick errands. Also, the breakfast options were okay, but I expected more variety given the hotel's reputation. A little disappointed with the cleaning as well. the room had some maintenance issues like hair in the bathroom and spots on the floors. Despite these problems, the staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. I'd consider returning if improvements were made.

However, the pool was not heated and lacking a jacuzzi, and the $45 valet parking fee was surprisingly steep. Additionally, the bedding was uncomfortably hard, which might not suit everyone's preferences.
